Our #Happy@Work Program

Fun is a key element of our culture. We strive to create an environment where our teams come together — through sports, events, advocacies or simply enjoying a relaxing time together – to help foster great relationships and connect colleagues across all departments. EMAPTA believes that there is a positive correlation between feeling happy at work and in increasing productivity, engagement and the performance of employees.

 

Through Happy@Work, EMAPTA runs a range of engagement programs for its employees, designed to motivate teams, build team spirit, and enhance the working environment. Program examples:

 

  • Monthly themes that bring people together for friendly competitions (trivia, art, sports) or community giving activities.
  • Social outings like happy hours, summer BBQs, holiday parties, birthday celebrations and more.
