Data security, privacy, and protection challenges arise in most outsourcing and offshoring transactions. Unfortunately, these challenges are often resolved at the last minute, resulting in higher costs, unwieldy solutions, and the increased prospect of regulatory intervention.

 

Given the sensitive nature of our Clients’ businesses, we have naturally placed high importance on privacy and security. Our facilities and systems are equipped with both logical (authentication, encryption, secure passwords, disabled USB drives) and physical (Biometric, CCTV) security. Most importantly, EMAPTA strictly observes the provisions set out in the Australian Privacy Act, including the standards indicated in the Australian Privacy Principles (APP) to protect our Clients’ intellectual properties.

 

Our approach to data privacy is consistent with customer expectations and applicable laws, giving Clients the peace of mind so they can focus more on business operations.
