Lifelong learning is a core value at EMAPTA. We offer continuous learning opportunities to assist employees in developing the skills they require to do their work and to better position them to develop their careers. We offer onsite seminars and we contract third-party subject matter experts to provide industry-leading training programs that assist employees in improving their knowledge and skills.
We provide customised and individual training programs through our own state-of-the art training and development centre, delivered by our own people. Training may be done in any of EMAPTA’s premium quality training and development centres – all are equipped with the necessary facilities for work and training and located in central BPO technology hubs.
